Emergency visit rates apply. Same-day emergency care requires payment at our cash/out-of-pocket price. PPO insurance rates do not apply during emergency hours.
Insurance Claims
If you wish to utilize your PPO dental insurance, our administrative team can process and submit your claim during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM) starting the following business day.

Evening emergency appointments are billed at our emergency cash rate at the time of service. However, if you have a PPO insurance plan, our staff will happily submit your claim to your insurance provider during our regular business hours on the next business day for potential reimbursement.
